Based on the metadata type and associated rules, the document will automatically route to a folder, after it has been signed in SigniFlow.
Once the document is filed in the folder, the folder-based rules will apply to the document, for instance, if the folder-based rule has retention periods specified, it will apply to all the documents in the folder
