Notifier

SigniFlow’s Notifier is more than just an ordinary desktop alert. This toolset allows you to see, at a glance, all documents that require your attention or action – and to preview them. Notifier exists as an icon on your desktop, giving you easy access to documents, as well as the ability to sign them instantly, without the need to first log in to SigniFlow. Notifier will clearly show you the status of documents – i.e. whether they are normal, urgent or very urgent, and allow you to switch seamlessly between other apps that are a part of the toolset.

Certificate Manager

Cert Manager – available to all SigniFlow Legal and SigniFlow Professional account holders – allows you to sign documents with a certificate on a smart card or dongle. The overriding benefit of using this tool to sign multiple documents, is that of time savings, for both yourself and your clients. Cert Manager gives you total peace of mind that all your documentation is legal, and that it will remain fraud-free.

Split and
Sign

Split and Sign enables you to split a PDF up into single pages – regardless of the size of the PDF – and allows you to sign on each page with just one action. The app is set up so that you can sign with an API or a smartcard/dongle. All SigniFlow users have access to Split & Sign, regardless of the type of account they hold.

XML
Signer

XML Signer allows SigniFlow Legal and Professional account holders to sign XML documents using a smart card or dongle holding a valid certificate. Supported by XAdES file types, this app also allows for validation of the certificate used to sign the XML document/documents, and is compatible with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
